Processing method for plastic bottles:
1. Compression molding is also known as compression molding in industry. It is a step in the plastic bottle processing process of forming thermosetting plastics such as phenolic resin, urea formaldehyde resin, unsaturated polyester resin, etc.

2. Extrusion stretching, also known as extrusion molding, is a method of using an extruder to continuously pass heated resin through a mold and extrude the desired shape of the product. It has the advantages of extruding products of various shapes, high production efficiency, and automated continuous production. The disadvantage is that this method cannot widely process thermosetting plastics, and the product size is prone to deviation.

3. Injection molding is a method of using an injection molding machine to inject a thermoplastic solution into a mold under high pressure, and then cool and solidify to obtain the product. The advantages of injection molding are fast production speed, high efficiency, automated operation, and the ability to form complex shaped parts, making it particularly suitable for large-scale production. The disadvantage is that the equipment and mold costs are high, and the injection molding machine is not easy to clean.

4. Blow molding is also known as hollow blow molding. Mainly through the pressure of compressed air, the hot grease mold enclosed in the mold is blown into a hollow product. Blow molding includes two methods: blow molding thin films and blow molding hollow products. Blow molding is mainly used for producing thin film products, various bottles, barrels, cans, etc.
5. Rolling is a molding method in which resin and various additives are treated as expected, and then processed into thin films or sheets through the gaps between two or more rolling rolls with opposite directions, which are then peeled off from the rolling rolls, cooled, and formed. Calendering is the main forming method of PVC resin, and also the main means of manufacturing films, sheets, plates, Artificial leather, floor tiles and other products.
6. Foam forming: The process of adding appropriate foaming agents to the foam material to give the plastic a microporous structure. According to the cell structure, it can be divided into open cell foam and closed cell foam, depending on the manufacturing method.
