Injection material must be Food grade PP, Wall thickness: 1.3mm, mold cavity: 1 cavity ( can be multi-cavity ), type of gate is Hot runner, and ot runner supplier is Synventive, mold steel is 718H, 2738, H13, mold base is LKM, ejection type is by ejection pins, mold standard components is DME, HASCO, LKM, PUNCH.etc.( As specified by customer ), mold life: at least 300000 shots- 1 million shots, mould making delivery time is 40 days. Transportation package: Wooden box for mold, cardboard box for products.

How to control quality?

1. Mould Material checking

- Mould Steel Checking (Hardness, flaw detection)

- Mould Standard Spare Parts Checking(hardness, size, flaw checking)

2. Mould Making Process Q/C

- design checking (part design, mould design, mould engineering drawing)

- checking each part of mould's size after machining, according to 2D drawing

- mould testing(check mould running condition)

3. Check with customer's technical requirements once again before mould shipment
