Blow molding products are plastic products manufactured by blow molding process, which are widely used in packaging, containers, toys and other fields. The production process of blow molding products mainly includes the following steps:

1. Raw material preparation : The plastic raw materials for blow molding need to be prepared first, usually these raw materials are pre-treated plastic particles or powder.

2. Heating and melting : The plastic raw materials into the heating device for heating, so that it reaches a molten state. This process requires temperature control to ensure that the plastic melts evenly.

3. Mold preparation : Select or make the corresponding blow mold according to the desired shape and size of the finished product. The quality of the mold directly affects the quality of the final product.

4. Preparation : In the molten state, the plastic is extruded into a tubular type blank (called type embryo) by the extruder. This process requires precise control of the wall thickness and length of the embryo.

5. Blow molding : The billet is placed in the heated mold, and then compressed air is passed into the billet, and the pressure of air is used to make the billet close to the inner wall of the mold to form the required product shape. This process needs to control the pressure and time to ensure the quality of the product.

6. Cooling and shaping : After blow molding is completed, the product needs to be cooled in the mold for a period of time until it is fully cured. The cooling method can be natural cooling or forced cooling.

7. Demoulding : The product is cooled and removed from the mold. This step may require some mechanical assistance, especially for products with complex shapes.

8. Post-treatment : The product taken out may also need some follow-up treatment, such as trimming the edge, surface treatment, etc., to improve the beauty and functionality of the product.

9. Inspection packaging : Finally, the quality of the product is inspected, and the qualified products are packaged.
